CANCELLATIONS
At Sterling Locs and African Braiding Salon LLC, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know. If you inform us less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, we have to charge an administration fee and cannot guarantee we’ll be able to slot you in. Want to find out more? Get in touch.
LATE ARRIVALS
We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.And lastly, we offer all our clients
48 hours from the time of their hair/facial services for complain and redo/correction of their hair if they are not satisfy with the service they received at our salon.
